SATURDAY, JUNE 15

We will be hosting our next outreach to the unhoused community on Saturday, June 15, from 11am-2pm. Our outreach program includes distributing food, hygiene items and other essentials, from our Warehouse location!

We are throwing a BLOCK PARTY which will include mobile showers, lunch for our guests, haircuts, sno cones and so much more. We have also partnered with Sacramento County to have practical resources available like the ability to sign up for Cal Fresh and Cash Aid. TruConnect is joining the party as well to qualify guests for free cell phones, wifi, and tablets. 

Those who sign up for this date will have opportunities to serve the whole day or in shifts as desired. The set up crew will meet at the Warehouse at 9am for a rally with Pastor Rick. 

Those who have signed up at our volunteer link get first pick for the opportunities to serve. So make sure you have signed up here! There will be another email from “Planning Center Services” that allows you to sign up for the specific categories like managing the hair cut station, sno cones, and lunch distribution.

Parking is limited. Since business hours are closed, we suggest to park along the tree line within the parking lot by the building in the photo below. There is minimal parking behind the warehouse as well.
