Diversity in the Church
At Capital Christian Center, we fervently pray against the spirits of disunity, hatred, and prejudice that would seek to divide humanity. We acknowledge that there is more to be said and done to see our cities, our country, and our world healed from the evil of racism and for reconciliation to take place. It is our goal to be agents of change in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.

Where Do We Go From Here?
NEXT STEPS FOR OUR CHURCH FAMILY
Broaden your circle of friends to include someone of a different ethnicity.
Tell your story.
Engage in conversation with your family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers, small group, and serve team
Be empathetic to the needs of those around you.
I Peter 3:8-9 Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble. 9Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.
Love others as Christ has loved you.
John 13:34, “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
Embrace unity. We are all one in Christ.
Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
Remember we are all created in the image of God.
Genesis 1:26-27, Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”
