FOOD INSECURITY
Building access to resources for those who are in need and feeding the hungry.
Over 287,500 Sacramento County residents suffer from food insecurity—the inability to access affordable, nutritious food.
Providing Food
At our office we serve individuals and families Tuesday-Thursday with groceries and supplies. Our Compassion team of volunteers and our CARE program help pack food bags for the housed and unhoused each week. We average about 150+ walk-ins each month.
