Helping the Unhoused
Pastor Rick continues to work with city leaders and other local organizations to come up with solutions to helping people find housing and wholeness. Read about Pastor Rick’s time living on the streets in his Incarnate Book. Our Compassion Respite Center is open Monday-Thursday from 9am-12pm! We are excited to continue to expand and offer more services and case management to those experiencing homelessness.
Current Services
- Food Assistance Monday-Thursday
- Tents, Sleeping Bags, Tarps as requested if available
- Help with IDs, access to phones, EBT cards, etc.
- Access to County Peer Specialist
- Resume building and job application assistance
VOLUNTEER
Sign up to volunteer at our next monthly homeless outreach. Our outreach program includes distributing food, hygiene items and other essentials, and visiting the unhoused by Richards Blvd near C Street, Union Gospel Mission, Loaves and Fishes, and Cesar Chavez. Volunteer by signing up here!
