Dear Friends of Capital Compassion,

It’s been another incredible week at Capital Compassion, and we wanted to share an update that reminds us why this work matters so deeply.

This week, a woman had the opportunity to enter shelter, but there was one problem. We could not reach her because she did not have a working phone. Without contact, the intake process could not move forward.

Thinking about how Jesus leaves the ninety-nine to go after the one, our team got in the car and drove through neighborhoods where we thought she might be. By what felt like a miracle, we found her. We were able to connect her with the shelter intake team, and we will be transporting her to a safe tiny home on Monday.

Moments like this remind us that Jesus truly loves the one.

At the same time, truckloads of household goods continue coming in through our partnership with World Vision. These resources are blessing refugee families, supporting local churches, and equipping nonprofits across our city. Every donation that comes in is multiplied as it goes back out to serve people in need.

We are still celebrating the impact of our recent vision dinner and the miracles God continues to do through this growing work. The need is great, but we believe God’s provision is greater.

Thank you for standing with us. Your generosity helps us reach more people with shelter, resources, hope, and the love of Jesus.

Together, we are making an impact, one person, one family, and one story at a time.
