We meet in person on Tuesdays at 9am in the Chapel, beginning with coffee and refreshments, followed by a time of worship. Childcare is available with pre-registration for ages birth-4 years old.

For those looking for online connection, we meet on Zoom on Monday evenings at 7pm. Register via the link below.

October 15 | 7pm | Auditorium

Women of all ages and life stages are invited to join us for Sisters’ Night on Friday, October 15, at 7pm, both in person and online! Throughout the year, women of Capital come together to spend time in prayer, worship together, and fellowship with each other. This is a special time to set aside the stresses of life and reconnect with the Spirit. Come to be encouraged, empowered, and equipped! Childcare is provided for kids birth-4 years old.

Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom or a working mom, Capital MOMS offers a great social outlet for both parents and kids. Our monthly calendar has something for everyone, including age-appropriate playdates, field trips, holiday parties, moms nights out, encouragement, and friendship. Activities vary in times and locations to provide opportunities for everyone to participate. Please join our Facebook group to stay up to date on everything happening in Capital MOMS!

If you are a woman over the age of 50, and find yourself solo, we would love to invite you to join us for a special “Solo Connection” luncheon hosted by Mary Ann Cole. Join us the first Sunday of every month (some holidays shift the schedule) at 12pm in the Chapel for a time of food, fellowship and fun! A $12.00 fee covers the cost of a delicious catered lunch. There is no agenda other than providing encouragement, friendship, comfort, and support for women journeying through a season of life as a solo woman. For more information, email
