Jesus is the original first responder.
Four reasons why no one can condemn God’s sons and daughters (vs 33-34)
1- Jesus died for us
2- He was raised to life and is able to give life to those who trust Him
3- Jesus is alive and seated at the right hand of God, the position of power
4- Jesus is interceding for us
Paul never minimizes suffering; after all, his own life has included beatings, imprisonment, shipwrecks, assassination attempts and chronic illness. But he insists with absolute conviction that future rewards will outweigh present sufferings.
Nothing can separate us from His love.
The spirit of first responders is the spirit of Jesus. They run into danger to save souls because they bear the spirit of the ultimate savior.
They care.
They love.
They provide a bridge to life.
