My prayer request is now that I have finally received my IRB Approval for my PhD program I have now run into some roadblocks and obstacles with the company, Sierra Army Depot in getting their employees to not just start filling out the surveys, but to complete all the surveys even though I was granted permission by the Director and she said in beginning that it would not be any problem for for her employees completing the surveys. This is why I’m asking for God’s favor in this whole situation because I can’t move on to the next steps in my PhD process until I can get surveys filled out and completed so that I can start the data collection process next.
