I have a few prayer requests. First please keep my relationship with God in prayer. I am struggling with it. For my heart is hardened, I struggle with lust, I get angry all the time, and keep thinking of myself first. Please pray that God can transform my heart into a Christlike Heart. Second, please keep me in prayer for my Job Situation. I was told this week that I will have to start working some Sundays. I am not happy about it because I like having the Lord's Day off. So please keep this in prayer. Also, pray that God, in His Will, may guide me to another Job. One in which I do have Sundays off, but also one in which I can support myself. Third, please keep me in prayer Godly Friends and a Godly Girlfriend/Wife. Its hard for me to keep people close in my life, because many times I tend to push them away. Please pray that it be in God's Will that he provide people in my life that won't be pushed away. Thanks.

My dad starts his cancer treatments at the end of the month. He has carcinoma. Pray that God starts shrinking the tumor now and that the treatments are successful. Pray that God gives him strength and that our family finds ways to navigate his care together. Pray for my moms strength and healing as she had back surgery right before my dad’s diagnosis.

Our country has suffered another horrific shooting, this time at a neighborhood supermarket in Buffalo, New York, which has claimed ten lives and injured several others. Once again, all people of goodwill are heartbroken at this latest incident of senseless violence. This heinous, hateful act directed at innocent people going about their daily lives reminds us of the precious nature of human life. I request prayer for the victims of this shooting and their families, for all the public safety first responders and for the Buffalo community devastated by this unthinkable incident. May our witness of prayer and solidarity bring some sense of solace to their lives and may the God of all love and compassion provide consolation and healing.
