My father who is battling stage 4 cancer is undergoing a procedure tomorrow (August 23). It will require anesthesia and of course comes with its own risks. I want to ask you to please pray for him. Pray for a smooth and successful procedure. Pray for safe procedure. Pray for the doctors to help alleviate a suspected obstruction. Please pray for us to get some good news. We are always living on the edge with this disease , we desperately need good news. We are thankful to God for all the strength he has provided us through this difficult time. I especially want to pray for ongoing strength and hope for my dad, he’s been through so much. Please God give him more time with us.

I recently submitted a prayer request for my marriage. The call & words of wisdom I was given have helped tremendously. This have been getting better mostly, but on recent days we're three steps forward, two steps back. I'm continuing to pray & read my bible, but please continue to pray for us as something is causing Robert (my husband) to argue & get angry at me for nonsense (dinner wasn't made when he got home, the front door was locked came home, etc...nonsense stuff). When he gets stressed, he internalized then gets snarky, but doesn't talk to me about it. I think (hope/pray) this is just a hiccup, but would appreciate continued prayers that he will agree to counselling & our marriage will be what God meant it to be, not a recurring & worsening argument. Thank you.
