Growth Track is a 4-week experience that includes membership, volunteering, a spiritual gift assessment, leadership training, community, and more.
We are offering this four-week experience on Sunday mornings at 9am in the Guest Lounge beginning May 2.
In the first week, you get to connect to the church as we celebrate our history (Capital is over 100 years old!) and renew our passion to fulfill a God-given vision for the future. You also get to discover your design (week two), develop your leadership (week three), and join the team (week four). Capital is strategic in helping you get connected. This is a great environment to meet people and learn how to make Capital your home.

How many times can I get food in a month?
We give out food on a monthly basis. You can access that through our Grocery Giveaway on the 4th Sunday of every month by driving through from 11am-12pm. Or you can access it through our Church Office Monday-Thursday from 9am-5pm (closed from 12-1pm).
