Thank you so much for wanting to join our team! We believe that we have the most amazing group of people that have joined the vision behind what Capital Kids is all about. The three things that we make sure that the kids experience each week is: to have fun . . . be safe . . . and to connect. Our leaders are a big part of that goal each week. Whether your strength is to connect with the parents, games, play and have fun, costumes, registration, worship, sets and props, being a baby whisperer, working with special needs, drama, security, and more . . . we have a place for you . . . and we need you. All we ask is that you love the kids and help them see a little bit of Jesus each week through you.

Being that safety is a huge part of what we do, we carefully screen, interview, and place you in the areas that we feel that you would use your gifts in the best possible way.

Growth Track

If you want to join our awesome Capital Kids Dream Team, be sure to go through Growth Track! 
All of our Capital Kids volunteers are required to go through Growth Track. There, you can meet our staff, learn the history and goals of Capital Christian, discover your spiritual gifts, how you can be a leader at our church, and find a place to plug in and get involved. When completed, indicate your area of interest for volunteering on the Dream Team application. You will then meet with a Capital Kids pastor and they will help you find your place. Whether your heart is to help with our guest team, Sunday school, nursery, coaching in Champions, security, registration or special events . . . we have a place for you!!! Register for this four-week, behind-the-scenes experience today. It’s that easy! We look forward to serving with you!
