CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION
If this is your first time coming to Capital or Capital Kids, we want to make your experience as easy and smooth as possible. Families will enter together at the east entrance. The Capital Kids Check-In area is located in the Activity Center Lobby. Check in with a host when you arrive, and they can walk you to the kids’ room. One of our team members will assist you in registering your children, and help you find the rooms and service your children will be attending. Pre-registration is no longer required, so we will be accepting children on a first come, first served basis!
KEY FOBS
We provide key fobs for easy, quick check-in to our families.
Any Kiosk/Any Room – You can use your key fob at any check-in kiosk in any room. Scan Your Pass – Scan your key fob on the card reader.
- Select the services time(s) your child will be attending.
- Then select if your child needs an “item tag”. This item tag is in case you want to identify something that will be staying with your child (e.g. bottle, diaper bag, coat, toy, etc.). If you have no items you don’t need to select anything on this page
- Hit “Complete”. The printer will print out your name tags.
CHECKING OUT
Make sure to keep your parent receipt upon check-in. You will enter the room where you drop off your child. Pick up your child and head to the exit. At the exit, one of our team members will match the number of your parent receipt with the number on your child’s name tag. If the numbers match you are free to exit with your child(ren). It is very important that you do not forget or lose your parent receipt. It will make check-out a longer experience as we are very strict at utilizing this system for the safety of all our kids.
